How much does a charity platform cost?
For the first 10 charities, the platform costs £2,999 to launch and then £297 a month. If you only need an informational website without donations, those start at £2,500.
Who owns the platform?
Your charity owns the code for its platform and can change it or move it elsewhere. We keep the right to reuse our underlying toolkit for other charities.
Can you handle Gift Aid?
Yes. Donors make their Gift Aid declaration as they give, and you can export declarations for your claim.
Which payment methods can donors use?
Card payments through Stripe, Google Pay and PayPal, for both one-off and monthly gifts.
How long does it take?
An informational charity website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full donation platform takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Can supporters fundraise for us?
Yes. Supporters and teams can create their own fundraising pages for your appeals, with progress shown as they raise.
